Refund Policy

Because every cookie is baked fresh to order, all sales are final once baking has started. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible using your order number. Cancellations approved before baking begins are refunded in full to your original payment method. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
